The Starbucks Experience

Last year, one of my commerce classes, Production & Operations, required us to pick a business in the Kingston area and list the number of things wrong with it, and what changes the company could do to make it a better place. Now, Kingston, I thought, where to start? Every single business/store/shop in this stoopid town disappoints me. Anyways, my group settled on Starbucks and this video got made.

It lists all the things wrong with the Starbucks location at Johnson & Division. Did you know the store is actually on a slant? The only Starbucks store in the world to have their fridge sectioned far away from the coffee-making station because it couldn't be built on a slant.
